Eye strain relief is at hand
Eye strain is one of the common side effects of prolonged computer use. In her article The Eyes Have It, ProfHacker blogger Natalie Houston offers techniques for taking care of your peepers. My favorite is “palming” – rub your hands together to warm them, then shut your eyes and cup your hands around them without applying pressure. Relax for a couple of minutes in the darkness and warmth.
Houston also suggests blinking more and changing your focal distance. The article offers links for additional details. Here’s one more.
