Cleaning up your Concourse

December 14, 2009

When you log into Concourse, many of you probably see a long list of items on the “My Concourse” page that include classes from past semesters. It’s a pain to sort through all of that when you only have four classes this semester, isn’t it? There is a solution!

At the top of the list of courses on the My Concourse page, you see this heading:

Click the pencil icon to customize the list of courses.

Click “Hide Link” to remove an item from the main page display. Its “Visibility” button changes to “Show Link”,  and (Hidden) appears next to it. Use the semester designations under “Link,” as well as the start and end dates to help you figure out which course is which.

Hiding a course on this list does not delete it or change student access in any way. And you can always go back and re-show it later on.
