I have been a fan of Wired magazine since the mid 90s when you could hardly read the wild color schemes. It has become more commercial, but I still enjoy the articles, reviews, and illustrations. The last page is always a user-conceived image of an artifact from the future. The assignment for April was “Athletic gear from the future” and the winning entry, as usual, is a social commentary. This one should be particularly popular with the gaming curmudgeons out there. See the full illustration and make sure to read the instructions — enjoy!
